Baguio city is the summer capital of the Philippines also known as the Flower city due to its famous flower festival or Panagbenga Festival during the month of February.
Last 2013 I went to Baguio City with my college friend Andrew, it was a short visit, we stayed for only 2 days. I booked in advance in a transient house that was referred by my office mate at that time, which in my opinion is the most affordable way to stay in Baguio.
Here are some photos of the transient house:
Panagbenga is already over during our visit but still we manage to see some beautiful flowers in Baguio city, the photos were shot in various park in Baguio city.
The famous Teachers Camp in Baguio city and its track and field area:
The view of Mountain Ranges in Mines View park:
And lastly the Cathedral in Baguio City also known as the Cathedral of Out Lady of the Atonement:
Baguio city has a lot more to offer so definitely this will be on my to go back list, and better to have an itinerary by that time.
