Product Review: PROTON TWS SPEAKERS

PROTON TRUE WIRELESS STEREO SPEAKERS

I recently visited the affiliated store of one of my favorite and trusted online seller ‘Kim Store’

I went to its affiliated store in Centris Station – TecnoPop.

I was looking for an affordable Bluetooth / wireless speakers, while there are so many brands to choose from its the price that actually matters for me.

There were 2 Bluetooth / wireless speakers currently on display, this one caught my attention.

The PROTON TWS SPEAKERS available for only 799 pesos.

Its actually decent for its size and price,

Aside from being a Bluetooth Speaker the PROTON TWS SPEAKER also has an FM RADIO FUNCTION.

Here’s how to activate it,

1. Connect the micro-USB charging cable to DC5V, this will serve as the antenna of the speaker.
2. Click the Mode Button, the PROTON BLUETOOTH SPEAKER will give an audio cue, click the Play/Pause Button to scan for channels, it will stop scanning and play automatically within 1-3 minutes.

Note: the USB cable doesn’t need to be plugged on a power supply, just plugin to the speaker.

BUTTON FUNCTIONS:

The PROTON TWS SPEAKER has the following buttons and functions:

• POWER BUTTON – Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on/off the PROTON TWS SPEAKER
• CALL BUTTON – Allows the PROTON TWS SPEAKER to received and drop the call, pressing the button twice dials the last number on the phone
• PAUSE / PLAY BUTTON – Can be use to scanning FM channels
• VOLUME DOWN BUTTON – Click to playback the song or press and hold to decrease the volume of PROTON TWS SPEAKER
• VOLUME UP BUTTON – Click to skip song, press and hold to increase the volume
• MULTI FUNCTION BUTTON – For Bluetooth pairing

Overall its a good quality Bluetooth speaker for a very affordable price.

It can also be paired to another PROTON TWS SPEAKER so that you have both speaker acting like a L & R speaker.

Its water-resistant which means its something you can carry with you during those out of town adventure.
