Alright still here for the 10th day of the 30 day speed test challenge for CONVERGE vs PLDT SMART,
PLDT is one of the biggest telecommunications company in the Philippines, and one of the oldest as well.
The company has a huge history through out the development of the Philippines telecommunications sector, branching from phone lines to mobile technology, PLDT also offers services ranging from cable to Internet services.
The company has a long history in providing the Filipino access to world wide web, its other subsidiary SMART is the leading face of the company when it comes to mobile internet.
Last 2019 PLDT face some challenges with its work force, DOLE orders PLDT to regularize more than 7,000 workers
Despite of this challenges PLDT face with, they still tries their best to provide services through out their millions subscribers and customers.
Prior to switching to CONVERGE ICT, we are long time customer of PLDT SMRT. my postpaid line is with SMART and as I mention in my previous post I recently renewed my contact with them.
This post is not to badmouth PLDT SMART, its more to spread awareness and information. I’m merely providing my share of experience between two Internet Service Provider.
And with that, hopefully this would help others in making their choices as to which provider would meet their standards.
