SWTOR: The Final Piece

After completing the Hoth Quest Series, its time to complete the final quest in order to recruit the 5th member of the Havoc Squad.

SWTOR: Hoth Quest Series – Cold War – Arms Race – The Null Cannon

In my previous post “SWTOR: Hoth Quest Series – Unlikely Allies – Give Them An Inch” I shared some details about the Hoth Quest Series, Where to acquire the quest and some screen shots as well.

From the last Republic Outpost “Outpost Senth” after completing the “Give them An Inch” quest you will then acquire the next quest “Cold War”.

Below are the next quest series starting from Outpost Senth:

• Unlikely Allies
• Give Them An Inch
• Cold War

The next Quest series will lead you to Outpost Zerek:

• Arms Race
• The Null Cannon

The wreckage of the Republic Capital Ship reminds me of the Star Wars: The Force Awaken film minus the cold and ice of Hoth.

Meet Admiral Revald, he will provide a debrief of the mission objectives.

Calling the Admiral from one of the pirate’s computer terminal to confirmed that mission is a success.

Spoiler Alert – Mission Objective is to grab the Null Cannon and transport can only hold one Null Cannon, turns out, the pirates build copies of the most powerful cannon that can destroy an entire fleet.

Meet the Pirate Leader, let him beg for his life (Spoiler Alert for Darkside or Light Side)

Spoiler Alert – Choosing the light side will let your mission partner to set the Null Cannon in an overload process causing the device to explode and in the process destroying the copies of the Null Cannon

Report back to the Admiral to complete the quest.

This is part of Star Wars: The Old Republic United Forces Update. Its to promote multi-player game experience.

While some players prefer to play solo in completing their quest either Class quest or planetary quest, this update is SWTOR’s way of encouraging players to group and enjoy various content intended for multi-players.

Prior to the update there are several ways to form a group or search for a team in various game content but then again with few players playing in the same faction or in in the same server its just taking for some to find a group for that content.

Now recently Star Wars: The Old Republic had a server merged prior to the United Forces Update, hopefully this will bring players back in the fold of forming a group and enjoy the game with fellow players.

SWTOR: Hoth Quest Series – Unlikely Allies – Give Them An Inch

As I had mention on my previous post, Hoth is simply nothing but Ice and ruins.

Aside from the Trooper Quest series which would lead you to Hoth for the reason of recruiting the 5th and last member of Havoc Squad, there is the Hoth Planetary Quest series.

I see some players avoiding the planetary quest series, however, I personally suggest that you complete it along with your class quest series.

The location of the planetary quest series are design for you to discover the entire planet and they are strategically located to areas of your class quest series.

Currently I’m completing the Trooper Class Quest Series Chapter 2 Threats in Darkness while doing the Hoth Planetary Quest Series.

For the Republic side, The Planetary Quest Series will start in the Orbital Station.

• Power Vacuum
• Relay Race
• Freeing Crescent Canyon
• Exploding Mines
• Shades of Blue

The next quest series will start in Cresh Outpost

• Questionable Sources
• Scorched Earth
• Unlikely Allies (Seth Outpost)
• Give Them An Inch

Let me share some of the highlights of the Unlikely Allies quest and Give Them An Inch from the trooper class, I think this quest really fits the trooper character.

The quest will be given to you in Seth Outpost and you will have to work with Imperial Soldiers (Spoiler Alert)

Meet Lieutenant Kieral from Seth Outpost, your quest will start with your conversation with him.

At the end of Unlikely Allies your next task is to defeat the leader of Hailstorm Brotherhood with the help of Imperial Soldiers (Give Them An Inch).

Another Spoiler Alert, the Unlikely Allies Quest will give you points for Light Side and Dark Side.

I decided to stick with my Light Side.

While some are not happy with the quest, seeing Imperial and Republic working together to defeat a common enemy, I think its still a fun quest to do.
